United States Grading System
The US uses a GPA system (Grade Point Average) on a 4.0 scale. Letter grades from A to F are converted to grade points.

Key Information
The GPA is calculated by dividing total grade points by total credit hours. Most universities require a minimum GPA of 2.0 to graduate.
United Kingdom Grading System
The UK uses percentage marks and honours classifications for degrees.

Important Note
In the UK, achieving 70% or above is considered excellent. The system is known to be more stringent compared to the US system.
German Grading System
Germany uses a 6-point scale where 1.0 is the best and 5.0 is a fail. Lower numbers indicate better performance.

German grading is considered strict. A grade of 2.0 is generally considered good, not just average.
